Everything you need to know about booking your mobile golf party experience.
We need a minimum of 10 feet wide x 15 feet deep x 10 feet high for optimal play. This gives players enough room for a full swing. Garages, living rooms, event halls, and outdoor covered areas all work great! We'll confirm your space during our pre-event planning call.
Both! We can set up indoors in garages, living rooms, event spaces, or offices. For outdoor events, we need a covered area (tent, pavilion, or covered patio) to protect the equipment from direct sunlight and weather. We'll bring everything we need including the screen, projector, and hitting mat.
We arrive about 45-60 minutes before your event start time to set up and calibrate the equipment. Breakdown takes about 30 minutes after your event ends. This time is not included in your rental hours.
We need access to a standard 110V outlet within 50 feet of the setup area. If you're doing an outdoor event without nearby power, let us know and we can discuss generator options.
We recommend booking at least 2-3 weeks in advance, especially for weekend events. Popular dates like holidays and summer weekends fill up fast! However, we sometimes have last-minute availability, so don't hesitate to reach out even for short-notice events.
Every package includes: professional on-site host, premium golf simulator with launch monitor technology, 100+ world-famous courses, digital leaderboard for competitions, spectator TV for guests to watch, photo moment opportunities, and a pre-event planning call. We bring everything – you just provide the space and the guests!
We require a 50% deposit to secure your date. The remaining balance is due on the day of your event. You can pay the deposit online via credit card when you book. The deposit is non-refundable but can be applied to a rescheduled date with at least 7 days notice.
Our pricing includes Colorado sales tax (8.52%) and a 3% credit card processing fee, which are shown transparently at checkout. For locations outside Grand Junction, there may be a travel fee for distances over 30 miles. We'll let you know the exact amount during booking.

Not at all! Our simulator is perfect for all skill levels, from complete beginners to scratch golfers. Our on-site host will give everyone a quick tutorial and help with club selection. Plus, we have fun games like zombie dodgeball and closest-to-the-pin that anyone can enjoy!
One person hits at a time, but groups of 4-6 can rotate through comfortably, similar to real golf. For larger parties, guests can socialize, watch on the spectator TV, and cheer each other on while waiting their turn. Most guests get multiple turns throughout the event.
Yes! We bring a full set of right-handed clubs for guests to use at no extra charge. If you have left-handed guests, please let us know in advance so we can bring left-handed clubs. You're also welcome to bring your own clubs if you prefer.
We have 100+ world-famous courses including Pebble Beach, St. Andrews, and Torrey Pines. For non-golfers, we have fun games like zombie dodgeball, target practice, closest-to-the-pin, and long drive competitions. Our host can help you choose the best activities for your group.
For indoor events, weather isn't a concern! For outdoor events, we need a covered area to protect the equipment. If severe weather makes the event unsafe, we'll work with you to reschedule. We monitor weather forecasts and will contact you 24-48 hours before if there are concerns.
Cancellations made 7+ days before the event: deposit can be applied to a future date. Cancellations made less than 7 days before: deposit is non-refundable. If we need to cancel due to equipment issues or emergencies, you'll receive a full refund or priority rescheduling.
Yes! With at least 7 days notice, you can reschedule your event at no additional cost (subject to availability). Your deposit will be applied to the new date. For rescheduling with less than 7 days notice, please contact us to discuss options.
We're based in Grand Junction, Colorado and serve a 100-mile radius including Montrose, Delta, Fruita, Palisade, Rifle, Glenwood Springs, and Aspen. For locations beyond 30 miles from Grand Junction, a travel fee may apply. Contact us for events outside our standard service area.
Yes! We regularly serve the Aspen and Glenwood Springs areas. Vail is just outside our standard 100-mile radius, but we're happy to discuss options for events in that area. Travel fees apply for longer distances.
